By accessing or using Teemli ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Teemli after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

Teemli is exclusively for women aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You identify as a woman.
• You will complete our identity verification process honestly and accurately.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts found to violate these eligibility requirements will be immediately terminated.

3. Your Account

You create a Teemli account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your Teemli profile. You agree to provide accurate profile information, including your display name, country, and bio. You may not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts.

4. User Conduct

When using Teemli, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with our community guidelines. You may not:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content.
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising.
• Attempt to circumvent our verification or safety systems.
• Record, screenshot, or distribute content from video calls without the other person's explicit consent.
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Teemli, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or our community guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Teemli is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we take extensive measures to verify users and maintain safety, we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of any individual user. You use Teemli at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teemli and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
